Cross Bar Technology CBT(D)

General description

Nexperia’s CBT(D) bus switch and multiplexer options include 5 V CBT and 5 V to 3.3 V CBTD level shifting variants of bit width ranging from dual-bit to 24-bit.

CBT(D) bus switches are available in standard logic and innovative PicoGate packages. Smaller leadless MicroPak and DQFN packages are available for PCB space saving. Nexperia’s CBT(D) products are fully specified from either -40 °C to 85 °C or -40 °C to 125 °C.
