The 74HC4050 is a hex buffer with over-voltage tolerant inputs. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant to 15 V which enables the device to be used in HIGH-to-LOW level shifting applications.
Wide supply voltage range from 2.0 to 6.0 V
Overvoltage tolerant inputs to 15 V
CMOS low power dissipation
High noise immunity
Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
