TVS device for surge protection of interface and supply lines

Protection device in a small SOD323 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect one line from the damage caused by transient overvoltages (TVS).

Features and benefits

  • Reverse stand-off voltage: VRWM = 24 V

  • Low clamping voltage: VCL = 60 V at IPP= 4.5 A

  • ESD protection up to 30 kV (IEC61000-4-2)

  • Ultra low leakage current: IRM < 1 nA
