Bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a very small SOD323 (SC-76) SMD plastic package designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
Bidirectional ESD protection of one line

Low clamping voltage: VCL = 37 V
Ultra low leakage current: IRM = 1 nA
ESD protection up to 30 kV
IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 (ESD)
